You know I don’t think that we as mothers ever stop embracing the moments of motherhood so we decided here at Blossom University that we are going to continue celebrating Mother’s Day throughout the entire month so with that being said we have the pleasure of introducing you to one of our favorite mother and daughter’s Mrs. Mariah & Miss Jamiah Wells! They were actually our very first subscribers to our website. We are so honored to share a full page blog to tell a little bit of their story. Mariah is married to James WELLS and has three beautiful children Kory, Jamiah, and Isaiah. Mariah and her family lived here in Atlanta for a little over 10 years before they decided to move back to her hometown in Nashville Tennessee. This article will give us a little more insight on what they appreciate about their relationship as mother and daughter.

What is one thing that makes you laugh about your each other ?

Jamiah: when my mom pretends to beat up my dad.

Mariah: when I overhear my kids reciting movie lines they get really into it!

What are your favorite things to do together?

Mariah: making keychains and anything crafty we do a lot of crafts together.

Jamiah: family time with my mom and I love to play games like among us and mafia.

Who is your favorite artist?

Mariah: Drake and Anderson Paak .

What is your favorite movie?

Mariah :favorite movie is kung fu panda.

Jamiah: favorite movie is Coraline.

What are some of your pet peeves ?

Mariah: I hate it when people sneeze without covering their mouth’s ...eww.

Jamiah: I hate it when my siblings sit on my made bed right after I’ve made it.

What do you notice that Jamiah is inspired by?

Mariah: Jamiah absolutely loves to be creative she gets ideas and she has this this lightbulb moment.

When do you notice that your mom is the happiest?

Jamiah: when my mom is being creative and using her hands to make other people happy.

What is something that Jamiah does that reminds you of yourself?

Mariah: I can see myself in her because she likes to work with her hands and has creative moments.

Why is a relationship with your mom and with your daughter very important?

Jamiah : everyone should honor their mom because she is both strong and fair. My mom makes me feel more calm around people because she encourages me to make friends. Even though there may be challenges that you have with your mom you should still respect and honor her.

Mariah: the relationship between mother daughter is very important because a mother is the one who shows her daughter how to show up in the world. As mother’s we should continue to develop what we see in our daughters the gifts and the talents that you see in her they are key to her being confident in herself.
